    The Langtang region is one of the most attractive Himalayan destinations in terms of its scenic beauty and accessibility from Kathmandu. This adventurous trek combines the beautiful scenery of the Langtang Valley and with the chance to climb the Yala Peak. The Langtang Valley is located at 30km north of Kathmandu, close to the border of Tibet. The valley has dominated by Langtang Lirung (7,246m), which is the highest peak in the area. A splendid circular trek can be made by crossing the Ganja La pass and descends through the ridges and valleys of the Helambu district.

    Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel

    This is the day for your arrival in Kathmandu. Our staffs will be there for your welcome. You are then transfer to the hotel where you are made discussion about the trip you are going to do. Overnight you will be staying at your own hotel. 

    Day 02: Sight seeing around Kathmandu

    Wake up call at 6:30am and have breakfast. We will start the sightseeing trip at 9 am in the morning after breakfast. You will be provided with a Private vehicle and a professional tour guide. You will be visiting Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhhatnath Temple, Monkey Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. The afternoon includes a final briefing and preparation of the trek. Overnight you will stay at your own hotel.

    Day 03: By bus Kathmandu - Syabru bensi.

    This day after having breakfast we will drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi which takes about eight hours by bus. You head north out of Kathmandu driving through scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas to Syabru Bensi passing through Dhunche. While passing along the road at the bank of Trisuli River you catch a glimpse of Ganesh Himal, terraces and green hills. As you pass through Dhunche you feel as if you are heading towards deep land. At the same time, you notice that the road is still under construction. Overnight you will stay at Guest House in Syabru bensi.

    Day 04: Trek to Bamboo.

    After the night spent in Syabru bensi this day after having breakfast we will leads towards bamboo. The first part of the trail crosses through Bhote Koshi and follows the Langtang Khola. This trail is gradually ascent up to Bamboo passing through landslide. Overnight we will stay at bamboo.

    Day 05: Trek to Ghora Tabela. 

    This day after having breakfast, we will continue our trek to Ghora Tabela. As we continue climbing there are occasional glimpses of Langtang Lirung between the trees. At Ghora Tabela [3000m], the trail emerges from the forest. While walking here, you can catch a glimpse of white monkeys and local birds. Once there was a Tibetan resettlement project here, but now it is a Nepalese army post though it has no permanent inhabitants. Overnight we will stay at Ghora Tabela. 

    Day 06: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa.

    After having breakfast, this day we will move towards Kyanjin Gompa. Crossing several small streams and moraines, the trail reaches the settlement at Kyanjin. Here there is a small monastery and a government-operated cheese factory. We should arrive at Kyanjin by lunch time allowing time to acclimatize and explore the area. It is a dramatic setting, with snow covered peaks surrounding us in all directions. At this point, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Dorje Larpa (6990m.), Langtang Ri (6370m.), Langtang Lirung (7245m.) and so on. Overnight, we will be enjoying at Guesthouse.

    Day 07: Rest day for local exploration

    Today is a day to rest and explore the area. You can visit the monastery and the cheese factory, walk up the moraine to see the spectacular ice faces and tumbling glaciers of Langtang Lirung or ascend Kyanjin RI (4350meters) which is highest point of this trek, directly behind the village, for a breath-taking panorama of the Langtang peaks. Overnight we will be at guesthouse.

    Day 08: Trek to Yala Base Camp.

    This day early in the morning our trail moves along the leveled path till Marku. Then we will leave Langtang Khola ascending path all the way to Yak Kharka. The views you can enjoy are of Ganchenpo, Naya Kang and others. To reach Yala Base Camp you trek along the rocky glacier trail. During this trek you are accompanied by the views of Ganchenpo, Naya Kang, Tserko RI, Yala peak and others. Overnight we will stay at camp in Yala base camp.

    Day 09: Climb Yala Peak and return to Yak Kharka.

    This day after having breakfast we will start climbing the Yala peak. It takes about eight hours to reach the summit. At the summit of Yala peak, you will be stunned by the panoramic views of Shishapangma, Dorje Lakpa, Ganchenpo, Naya Kang, Tserko Ri, Langtang Lirung and many Tibetan mountains. Then we will again return to yak Kharka for the overnight stay.

    Day 10: Trek to Lanshisha

    After having breakfast, this day our trek leads to lanshisha. We need to walk for about 4 hours to reach there. We can see the panoramic views of Langtang Lirung, lanshisha ri and other various mountains on the way. Overnight we will stay at lanshisha. 

    Day 11: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa

    This day after having breakfast we will move towards Kyanjin Gompa. Our trek continues further up for  Kyanjin Gompa for checking the mountain views of Langtang Lirung (7246m), Lanshisha RI (6310m), and gang Chhenpo (6388m) Urkeinmang (6150m), Penthankarpo RI (6830m) and so on. Overnight we will stay at lanshisha.

    Day 12: Trek to Langtang Village.

    This day we will leads towards Langtang village after having breakfast. Its the short day trek of about 3 hours. This day we can enjoy the panoramic views of Dorje Larpa (6990m.), Langtang Ri (6370m.), Langtang Lirung (7245m.) and so on. Overnight we will stay at Langtang village.

    Day 13: Trek to Riverside.

    After the night spent in Langtang village, this day after having breakfast we will continue our trek. We will move along the riverside. We can give our body some bath. We can enjoy the pure water and makes our body free in the nature. This day we will camp at riverside so that we can be mentally fine in the lap of nature.

    Day 14: Trek to Mathlo Syabru 

    This day we will continue our trek from river side to Mathlo Syabru via dense forest of bamboo, oak and rhododendrons. We then emerge with a view of Syabru and its extensive area of millet terraces. A rising and falling path brings you to this fascinating village where each house is set above its neighbor, in a long line up the very crest of the ridge. It's a great place to roam about, catching glimpses of Tamang life, admiring the beautifully carved wooden windows or simply relaxing in the sun. Overnight we will enjoy at Mathlo Syabru.

    Day 15: Trek to Dhunche.  

    This day we will trek towards Dhunche after having breakfast.  From Mathlo Syabru it is a steep climb through forests of oak, fir and rhododendron to the top of a ridge. From here it is only a short descent to Barbal, then 1.30 hrs walk from Barbal we catch the roadway to Dhunche, which takes another 2 hrs. There is a Buddhist monastery, local shops and governmental offices in Dhunche. We will stop here for the overnight.

    Day 16: Drive back to Kathmandu

    This day we will drive back to Kathmandu through scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas. The first part of your drive up to Trisuli Bazaar is through gravel and bumpy road and then we will travel through well paved road up to Kathmandu where we will stay overnight.

    Day 17: Rest day in Kathmandu

    This day we reserve for flight delay or cancelled to minimize the risk of missing intl. flight. If we return to Kathmandu on yesterday day this pleasant day you may have full day at leisure at your own or can be extends your extra trip with us on additional cost or time to explore the Thamel.

    Day 18: Shopping around Kathmandu

    This day you can visit the shopping centers for the shopping. You can have various sorts of things that you can be pleased with, you can buy thankas, handicrafts, handmade utensils like masks, paints and others various thing that makes you remember our country. You can visit malls for your other requirements. Overnight, be at your own hotel.

    Day 19: Departure to you next destination  

    Today is free or last minute shopping for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends or relatives for you until your departure flight/drive or to commence any extra trips or activities you may have booked with us. If departing, youll be transferred to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination.

    Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel

    Day 03: Kathmandu to Syabru Besi 

    This day after having breakfast we will drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi which takes about eight hours by bus. You head north out of Kathmandu driving through scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas to Syabru Bensi passing through Dhunche. While passing along the road at the bank of Trisuli River you catch a glimpse of Ganesh Himal, terraces and green hills. As you pass through Dhunche you feel as if you are heading towards deep land.     Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel

    This day after having breakfast we will start our trek from Syabru Gaon to Lama Hotel (2470m.) which takes about five hours. The trail descends along the ridge on Syabru's main street and then drop to the Ghopche Khola (2050 m.) and again descends to the Landslide (1810m.). Afterwards, you trek ascends gently to Rimche (2400m.) through Bamboo (1960m.) and at the end your trail is level to the Lama Hotel. En route you could see red pandas, monkey and bear if you are lucky. There are few lodges and shops which provides the trekker supplies. Overnight we will be at lama hotel.

     Day 05: Trek to Langtang

     As we continue climbing there are occasional glimpses of Langtang Lirung between the trees. At Ghora Tabela [3000m], the trail emerges into open ground. There was once a Tibetan resettlement project here, but now it is a Nepalese army post though it has no permanent inhabitants. The trail continues to climb gently and the valley widens, passing a few temporary settlements used by herders who bring their livestock up to graze in the high pastures during the summer months. There is a monastery which we can visit shortly before arriving at the village of Langtang, the headquarters of the Langtang National Park. The houses of Langtang and neighboring villages are of Tibetan style, surrounded by stone walls enclosing fields of buckwheat, potatoes, wheat, turnips and barley

    Day 06: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa

     After the night spent in lama hotel, this day after having breakfast we will forward our trek to Kyanjin Gompa. The trail climbs gradually through small villages and yak pastures as the valley opens out further and the views become more extensive. After crossing several small streams and moraines, the trail reaches the settlement at Kyanjin. Here there is a small monastery and a government-operated cheese factory. We should arrive at Kyanjin by lunch time allowing time to acclimatize and explore the area.
     
    Day 07: Rest Day


     Today is a day to rest and explore the area. Then we will again return to yak Kharka for the overnight stay.

    Day 12: Trek to Lama Hotel


     This day we will start our trek from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel and it takes about six hours. From Kyanjin you retrace your route, following the Langtang Khola to Langtang village and on to Ghora Tabela. After lunch you continue the steep descent to Lama Hotel. Overnight we will enjoy at lama hotel.

     Day 13: Trek to Syabru Besi

     After having breakfast, this day we will trek from Lama Hotel to Syabru Besi via Sherpa Gaon which takes about five hours. The upper part of the trail is more beautiful for the panoramic views of the mountains and green hills. This path is broader and remains sunny through the different Sherpa and Tamang villages. The first half of the trail is gradually down and then the trail does a steep descent to the Syabru Besi (1600m.). From here, there was a project called the Chilime Power Plant. The main inhabitants belong to Tamang community and they have adopted the Tibetan lifestyle. Overnight we will stay at Syabru Besi.

     Day 14: Back to Kathmandu

     Wake up early in the morning and after having light breakfast you are made ready for the travel for capital city. Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu takes about seven hours. While driving from Pokhara to Kathmandu, you head up to Damauli, Dumre, Muglin and Kurintar where Nepal's first Cable car is operated to reach to Manakamana Temple. From Naubishe you climb up to Thankot, the gateway to the capital city. You can also fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu which takes about 25 minutes. Overnight we will enjoy at lodge in Kathmandu.
    Day 15: Rest day in Kathmandu
     This day we reserve for flight delay or cancelled to minimize the risk of missing intl. flight. If we return to Kathmandu on yesterday day this pleasant day you may have full day at leisure at your own or can be extends your extra trip with us on additional cost or time to explore the Thamel.

Our trek continues further up for  Kyanjin Gompa for checking the mountain views of Langtang Lirung (7246m), Lanshisha RI (6310m), and gang Chhenpo (6388m) Urkeinmang (6150m), Penthankarpo RI (6830m) and so on. Overnight we will stay at lanshisha.

    Day 12: Trek to Langtang Village.

    This day we will leads towards Langtang village after having breakfast. Its the short day trek of about 3 hours. This day we can enjoy the panoramic views of Dorje Larpa (6990m.), Langtang Ri (6370m.), Langtang Lirung (7245m.) and so on. Overnight we will stay at Langtang village.

    Day 13: Trek to Riverside.

    After the night spent in Langtang village, this day after having breakfast we will continue our trek. We will move along the riverside. We can give our body some bath. We can enjoy the pure water and makes our body free in the nature. This day we will camp at riverside so that we can be mentally fine in the lap of nature.

    Day 14: Trek to Mathlo Syabru 

    This day we will continue our trek from river side to Mathlo Syabru via dense forest of bamboo, oak and rhododendrons. We then emerge with a view of Syabru and its extensive area of millet terraces. A rising and falling path brings you to this fascinating village where each house is set above its neighbor, in a long line up the very crest of the ridge. It's a great place to roam about, catching glimpses of Tamang life, admiring the beautifully carved wooden windows or simply relaxing in the sun. Overnight we will enjoy at Mathlo Syabru.

    Day 15: Trek to Dhunche.  

    This day we will trek towards Dhunche after having breakfast.  From Mathlo Syabru it is a steep climb through forests of oak, fir and rhododendron to the top of a ridge. From here it is only a short descent to Barbal, then 1.30 hrs walk from Barbal we catch the roadway to Dhunche, which takes another 2 hrs. There is a Buddhist monastery, local shops and governmental offices in Dhunche. We will stop here for the overnight.

    Day 16: Drive back to Kathmandu

    This day we will drive back to Kathmandu through scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas. The first part of your drive up to Trisuli Bazaar is through gravel and bumpy road and then we will travel through well paved road up to Kathmandu where we will stay overnight.

    Day 17: Rest day in Kathmandu

    This day we reserve for flight delay or cancelled to minimize the risk of missing intl. flight. If we return to Kathmandu on yesterday day this pleasant day you may have full day at leisure at your own or can be extends your extra trip with us on additional cost or time to explore the Thamel.

    Day 18: Shopping around Kathmandu

    This day you can visit the shopping centers for the shopping. You can have various sorts of things that you can be pleased with, you can buy thankas, handicrafts, handmade utensils like masks, paints and others various thing that makes you remember our country. You can visit malls for your other requirements. Overnight, be at your own hotel.

    Day 19: Departure to you next destination  

    Today is free or last minute shopping for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends or relatives for you until your departure flight/drive or to commence any extra trips or activities you may have booked with us. If departing, youll be transferred to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination.

    Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel


    This is the day for your arrival in Kathmandu. Our staffs will be there for your welcome. You are then transfer to the hotel where you are made discussion about the trip you are going to do. Overnight you will be staying at your own hotel.

    Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu

    Wake up call at 6:30am and have breakfast. We will start the sightseeing trip at 9 am in the morning after breakfast. You will be provided with a Private vehicle and a professional tour guide. You will be visiting Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhhatnath Temple, Monkey Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. The afternoon includes a final briefing and preparation of the trek. Overnight you will stay at your own hotel.

    Day 03: Kathmandu to Syabru Besi 

    This day after having breakfast we will drive from Kathmandu to Syabru Bensi which takes about eight hours by bus. You head north out of Kathmandu driving through scenic foothills and ridgeline vistas to Syabru Bensi passing through Dhunche. While passing along the road at the bank of Trisuli River you catch a glimpse of Ganesh Himal, terraces and green hills. As you pass through Dhunche you feel as if you are heading towards deep land. At the same time, you notice that the road is still under construction. Overnight you will stay at Guest House in Syabru bensi.

    Day 04: Trek to Lama Hotel

    This day after having breakfast we will start our trek from Syabru Gaon to Lama Hotel (2470m.) which takes about five hours. The trail descends along the ridge on Syabru's main street and then drop to the Ghopche Khola (2050 m.) and again descends to the Landslide (1810m.). Afterwards, you trek ascends gently to Rimche (2400m.) through Bamboo (1960m.) and at the end your trail is level to the Lama Hotel. En route you could see red pandas, monkey and bear if you are lucky. There are few lodges and shops which provides the trekker supplies. Overnight we will be at lama hotel.

     Day 05: Trek to Langtang

     As we continue climbing there are occasional glimpses of Langtang Lirung between the trees. At Ghora Tabela [3000m], the trail emerges into open ground. There was once a Tibetan resettlement project here, but now it is a Nepalese army post though it has no permanent inhabitants. The trail continues to climb gently and the valley widens, passing a few temporary settlements used by herders who bring their livestock up to graze in the high pastures during the summer months. There is a monastery which we can visit shortly before arriving at the village of Langtang, the headquarters of the Langtang National Park. The houses of Langtang and neighboring villages are of Tibetan style, surrounded by stone walls enclosing fields of buckwheat, potatoes, wheat, turnips and barley

    Day 06: Trek to Kyanjin Gompa

     After the night spent in lama hotel, this day after having breakfast we will forward our trek to Kyanjin Gompa. The trail climbs gradually through small villages and yak pastures as the valley opens out further and the views become more extensive. After crossing several small streams and moraines, the trail reaches the settlement at Kyanjin. Here there is a small monastery and a government-operated cheese factory. We should arrive at Kyanjin by lunch time allowing time to acclimatize and explore the area.
     
    Day 07: Rest Day


     Today is a day to rest and explore the area. You can visit the monastery and the cheese factory, walk up the moraine to see the spectacular ice faces and tumbling glaciers of Langtang Lirung or ascend Kyanjin RI (4350meters) which is highest point of this trek, directly behind the village, for a breath-taking panorama of the Langtang peaks. Overnight we will stay at guesthouse.

      Day 08: Trek to Yak Kharka

     This day after having breakfast we will leads to yak Kharka. It takes about five hours to reach. The early part of the trail moves along the leveled path till Marku and then leaving Langtang Khola you trek ascent path all the way to Yak Kharka. The views you can enjoy are of Ganchenpo, Naya Kang and others. Overnight we will stay at Tent.
    Day 09: Summit of Yala Peak and back to Yak Kharka

     This day after having breakfast we will start climbing the Yala peak. It takes about eight hours to reach the summit. At the summit of Yala peak, you will be stunned by the panoramic views of Shishapangma, Dorje Lakpa, Ganchenpo, Naya Kang, Tserko Ri, Langtang Lirung and many Tibetan mountains. Then we will again return to yak Kharka for the overnight stay.

     Day 10: Trek to Lanshisha

     After having breakfast, this day our trek leads to lanshisha. We need to walk for about 4 hours to reach there. We can see the panoramic views of Langtang Lirung, lanshisha ri and other various mountains on the way. Overnight we will stay at lanshisha.
     
    Day 11: Trek to Kyanjin


     This day after having breakfast we will move towards Kyanjin Gompa.     Day 12: Trek to Lama Hotel


     This day we will start our trek from Kyanjin Gompa to Lama Hotel and it takes about six hours. From Kyanjin you retrace your route, following the Langtang Khola to Langtang village and on to Ghora Tabela. After lunch you continue the steep descent to Lama Hotel. Overnight we will enjoy at lama hotel.

     Day 13: Trek to Syabru Besi

     After having breakfast, this day we will trek from Lama Hotel to Syabru Besi via Sherpa Gaon which takes about five hours. The upper part of the trail is more beautiful for the panoramic views of the mountains and green hills. This path is broader and remains sunny through the different Sherpa and Tamang villages. The first half of the trail is gradually down and then the trail does a steep descent to the Syabru Besi (1600m.). From here, there was a project called the Chilime Power Plant. The main inhabitants belong to Tamang community and they have adopted the Tibetan lifestyle. Overnight we will stay at Syabru Besi.

     Day 14: Back to Kathmandu

     Wake up early in the morning and after having light breakfast you are made ready for the travel for capital city. Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu takes about seven hours. While driving from Pokhara to Kathmandu, you head up to Damauli, Dumre, Muglin and Kurintar where Nepal's first Cable car is operated to reach to Manakamana Temple. From Naubishe you climb up to Thankot, the gateway to the capital city. You can also fly from Pokhara to Kathmandu which takes about 25 minutes. Overnight we will enjoy at lodge in Kathmandu.
    Day 15: Rest day in Kathmandu
