    Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to Hotel.
    This is the day of your arrival at Kathmandu. Our staffs will be at the airport to welcome you. You will then be transferred to the hotel of your choice to rest. Our staffs will discuss with you in details on your trip and itinerary.
     
    Day 02: Sight seeing around Kathmandu.
    The sightseeing tour will start at 9am after breakfast. You will be provided with a private vehicle and a professional tour guide. You will visit Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhhatnath Temple, Monkey Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Kathmandu Durbar Square. A final briefing and preparation of the trek will be given in the afternoon. You will stay overnight at the hotel of your choice.
     
    Day 03: Kathmandu to Lukla by flight & trek to Phakding.
    Wake up call at 6:30 am. You will take a morning flight to Pokhara with amazing views. The flight provides dramatic views of terraced hills and the distant Himalayan giants. After landing in the village of Lukla (9,350 feet) you will meet the rest of our staff and porters and trek for about two and a half hours to Phakding. Here we will meet up with other trekkers who have participated in the Jiri extension. Overnight stay at Phakding.
    Day 04: Namche Bazaar
    After breakfast we will trek to Namche bazaar along the banks of the Dudh Koshi, crossing this majestic river many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail climbs steeply with breathtaking views to Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Khumbu region. Overnight stay at a lodge.
    Day 05: Rest at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization.
    Today you will rest at Namche Bazzar for  acclimatization. Namche is a colorful village with many wonderful and interesting shops and vendors. Fabulous food and stunning views of the surrounding mountains makes the day revitalising. An early hike above town, before the clouds move in, rewards climbers with a spectacular Himalayan sunrise and views of Mt. Everest, Lhotse (the 4th highest peak in the world), and the beautiful Ama Dablam. On the way down, you can visit the Sherpa Museum that houses an exhibit on traditional Sherpa lifestyle and a fabulous photography display by a local Nepalese naturalist. Overnight stay at a lodge.
    Day 06: Khumjung
    You will trek towards Khumjung after breakfast which will take about 3 hours. You will stop at Khumjung where there is a school built by the Hillary trust. The views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Taw ache are awesome. You will stay overnight at Khumjung lodge.
    Day 07: Phortse Thanga
    After the night spent in Khumjung, this day you will trek towards Phortse Thanga after breakfast. From Khumjung, the route descends to the west of the village down the broad valley leading to the Dudh Koshi and to Phortse at 3,500m. Phortse Thanga is an isolated Sherpa village of about 60 houses. Overnight you will rest at Phortse Thanga.
    Day 08: Pangboche
    After breakfast you will head towards Pangboche, where it is the only place in Khumbu where barley is grown.The trail climbs steeply out of valley through rhododendron forest and juniper and large conifers appear as the elevation increases making the trek magnificent in Spring. The trail passes through kharkas and summer settlements to Dole (4,200m). The views of Khumbi La and Tawache are glorious throughout the day. Overnight stay at Pangboche.
    Day 09: Dingboche
    You will progress to Dingboche after breakfast. Along the way is the magnificent view of Ama Dablam [6,856 m], and exceptional views of the mountain, with the Gompa, Mani walls and scattered pine trees in the foreground. As you gradually ascend, you will find thick forests as the trail is full of thorny and juniper bushes. A further two and half hours walk will bring you to Dingboche. Here you can see Sherpa people working hard in the agricultural farm. Overnight stay at Dingboche.
    Day 10: Chukkung
    This day the trek begins with a walk to the east for 2 hours followed by a gradual climb to Chukkung, where you stop there for lunch. You will rest in the afternoon. It is important to walk for very short distance only for the day in order to allow you to adjust to the altitude change. From Chukkung, you can get a close view of Lhotse, Lhotse shar and Ama Dablam. Overnight you will stay at Chukkung.
    Day 11: Island Peak Base Camp
    This day you will reach to the Island Peak base camp. The trek starts after breakfast from the trail in Chukkung which follows the moraine of the Lhotse glacier to the muzzle of the Imja glacier where it branches to the east and skirts around the base of Island Peak. The main camp is located at a spot known as Pareshaya Gyab at 5,087m. After lunch and some rest, you will continue to trek up to our high camp, a further hour or so up the mountain. The trail is well defined until the area of our high camp at approx. 5,500m. Finally you will approach to Island Peak base camp where you will camp there overnight.
    Day 12: Rest at Base Camp
    A rest day or acclimatization day. This day you can explore around the base camp or take rest. You can immerse yourself with the natural beauty and spend the day on activities of your wish. Overnight you will stay at the camp.
    Day 13: High Camp
    We climb up to high camp. This is total 2 hrs climb. During this climb you can have excitement that makes your heart beat faster than ever before. After reaching to high camp we will camp their for overnight.
    Day 14: Summit-Chukkung
    This day we leave early for the summit. This may take between four and six hours, depending on snow and weather conditions. We will fix a rope on the summit headwall for safety on both the ascent and descent. Although it is not a difficult climb technically, the snow slopes are crevassed, the headwall is reasonably steep and a head for heights is useful. To reach the summit, willpower and stamina are required, but the incredible feeling of achievement atop this 6000-meters giant will remain a lifetime memory. The view from the summit is utterly fantastic! Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Makalu and Baruntse are the dominant giants rising above a sea of 'lesser' peaks. Given good conditions we should be able to descend back to Chukkung from our summit attempt. Overnight you will be at Guesthouse.
    Day 15: Dingboche
    This day we will retrace to Dingboche from Chukkung. We will back down the moraines and start losing altitude slowly. We will reach Chukkung and moves slightly down with the Chukkung River which gives nice valley view. It is the easy way to get the prosperous village of Dingboche where we are staying overnight.
    Day 16: Tengboche
    This day after having breakfast we will move Tengboche. From Dingboche we will descend all the way to Pangboche where we will take lunch. Then we will descend again till we reach Imja Bridge. From here it is a gradual climb to Tengboche where we will set our camp. In the evening you can visit the Monastery and pay respect to the Head Lama. Overnight at camp in Tengboche.
    Day 17: Namche Bazaar
    We continue trekking along the banks of the Dudh Koshi, crossing this majestic river many times on exciting suspension bridges laden with prayer flags. After entering Sagarmatha National Park, the trail climbs steeply with breathtaking views to Namche Bazaar the gateway to the Khumbu region. Overnight we will be staying at Namche bazaar.
    Day 18: Lukla
    This day we will start our trek leading towards Lukla. The trail starts by descending steeply out of Namche. Shortly before we cross the suspension bridge below Namche we get a last chance to see Everest before it is out of sight until the next time. We will have lunch at Phakding to arrive in Lukla by mid-afternoon. Overnight we will stay at lodge in Lukla.
    Day 19: Lukla-Kathmandu by flight
    This day morning after having breakfast we will be ready to go Kathmandu. We return to Kathmandu with a 45 minute flight back to the domestic airport. Here you will be greeted and transferred back to your hotel in Kathmandu. Overnight you will be at Kathmandu.
    Day 20: Rest day In Kathmandu
    This day you can take rest and have a fun also you can looked at the photographs that you had taken or simply make some walk around the places. This day we are not going to do anything special. You can enjoy the restaurants, thakali restaurant, and night clubs. Overnight, stay at your own hotel.
    Day 21: Shopping around Kathmandu
    This day you can visit the shopping canters for the shopping. You can have various sorts of things that you can be pleased with, you can buy thankas, handicrafts, handmade utensils like masks, paints and others various thing that makes you remember our country. You can visit malls for your other requirements. Overnight, be at your own hotel.
    Day 22: Departure to your next destination
    You may wish to do the last minute shopping for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends or relatives before your departure flight/drive or to commence any extra trips or activities you may have booked with us. If departing, you willbe transferred to the International Airport for your departure flight to your onwards destination.

    Long Itinerary
