Dhampus Peak


    Dhampus Peak is situated at the Northeast of the big Dhaulagiri massif. It is an easy climbing route in terms of climbing technique required. The typical route to Dhampus Peak follows the west-ridge, which connects the Dhampus Pass (5,200m). It is the highest camp used to climb the Dhampus summit.


    Short Itinerary


    Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu airport and transfer you to Hotel.
    Day 02: Sightseeing around Kathmandu.
    Day 03: Kathmandu-Pokhara by bus/car/fly.
    Day 04: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhedhunga
    Day 05: Trek to Ghorepani
    Day 06: Trek to Tatopani, After excursion of Poonhill
    Day 07: Trek to Ghasa
    Day 08: Trek to Larjung
    Day 09: Trek to Marpha
    Day 10: Trek to Yak Kharka
    Day 11: Trek to Dhampus Base Camp
    Day 12: Trek to High Camp
    Day 13: Summit to Dhampus Peak (6012m) and back to Base Camp
    Day 14: Reserve or rest day
    Day 15: Trek to Yak Kharka
    Day 16: Trek to Marpha
    Day 17: Trek to Jomsom
    Day 18: Jomsom fly to Pokhara over night at hotel.
    Day 19: Pokhara drive back to Kathmandu bus/car/fly.
    Day 20: Rest day in Kathmandu 
    Day 21: Shopping around Kathmandu 
    Day 22: Departure to your next destination

    Services Included :

    1.Climbing Sherpa guide and his equipment allowance.
    2. High altitude tent, ropes, snow bars, gas (high fuel) & high food.
    3. All meals (Breakfast, lunch, Dinner with tea/coffee/ Chocolate).
    4. Sleep and food on tea houses/camp what we have available.
    5. Conservation/national park entry permits fees.
    6. If full camping trek then all arrangement (guide, cook, kitchen boy, porters, all meals, cooking and camping equipment).
    7. Airport arrival and departure land transfers.
    8. Nepali Staff insurance.
    9. Accommodations in Kathmandu on Bed and Breakfast twin share basis.
    10. Climbing equipments: Harness, Ice axe, Ascenders or Zumar, Descenders or Eight fingers, Ropes, Carbines, Ice screws, snow bars and Dead man only.
    11. Tourist Class Hotel accommodation on the same basis in others cities if applicable.
